1. Duration of Access
Based mainly on Thinkific’s current terms, mch aims to provide you with indefinite access to the course you purchase. However, mch reserves the right to limit the duration of your enrolment. In the event that mch does make access to its courses time limited, you will have at least 28 days access, from the day you sign up, to complete your course.
2. Course Content
mch aims to provide you with the course, in accordance with the description set out in the overview video. However, mch reserves the right to vary or withdraw any of the content described in the overview video without notice.
3. Expectations
mch does not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result, professional qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of the course you purchase.
4. Liability
mch excludes all liability in respect of any loss of profits, business, goodwill or revenue or any indirect or consequential loss whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
mch’s total liability to you, howsoever arising, will in no circumstances exceed the net price of the course you purchase.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this clause, mch does not limit or exclude in any way its liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
mch shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
5. Intellectual Property
You are not authorised to:-
copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the course materials you purchase without prior written permission;
use any of the course materials in the provision of any other course or training.
